David Molapo

Dr David Molapo is a management consultant, educationalist and professional speaker. In 1993, he gained recognition for his work by winning two of South Africa's most prestigious awards, the Young Achiever of the Year: South Africa award and Four Outstanding Young South Africans' award (FOYSA). In August 1994, David became a finalist for the Jaycee's International Award of Ten Outstanding Young People of the World and has appeared in the Who's Who in Southern Africa from 1995 to date. In 1980-1982 David gained an associate in Maths and Science in South Africa and during his seven years in the United States, he earned a Masters Degree in Education from the Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and a Doctorate in Religious Education from the International Bible Institute and Seminary in Florida. At the age of thirteen, David was imprisoned for political activities and became a Christian whilst in prison. While other young South African's went to other African nations and Cuba to learn to fight with weapons such as AK47 assault rifles, David chose to go to College. "I went to the USA and got an educational AK47". David believes that "We are no longer prisoners of our past, but we are pioneers of our future". He is a regular guest on television and radio and has appeared on Good Morning South Africa, Agenda, Radio Metro, Radio Bop and 702. He was the presenter of Teleschool for the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), "Understanding our World" and "I Can". He is the author of the books "Selected Evaluation Instruments Adopted for Higher Education Administration" and "Growing Up Spiritually." David speaks on many subjects, some of them being Quality Management, Communication, Empowerment, Entrepreneurial Skills, Team Building, Leadership, Cultural Diversity, Affirmative Action and Accepting Change.
