He founded the youth leadership foundation www.armabrand.org inspiring youth from previously disadvantaged backgrounds to see themselves as engaged citizens with inherent capacity. His clients are what he terms 'influencers'- those who shape our society (politicians, executives, high profile entertainers, artist).

Timothy is a weekly columnist for South Africa's Star News Paper for 9years and Destiny Magazine for 3years and contributes to many business publications in South Africa from Black Business Quarterly and the Business Report.

Timothy's latest book Personovation is a bestseller and is reshaping how people see the evolution of brand values. Timothy's global alliance with Open Government TV based in Washington DC serves to align his global vision of ensuring those with influence and those who desire have the capacity to shape a world of equality where brands (individual and corporate) thrive, creating more opportunity for us all.
