Dylan Kohlstadt – Digital Marketing  is the founder and CEO of Shift ONE, a creative integrated digital marketing agency with 12 full-time staff members.
Shift ONE was incubated by CiTi and Google for Entrepreneurs and she now gives back by offering free digital marketing training once a week to entrepreneurs. Book through Speakers Inc
She also facilitates the CiTi Women in Business program and she mentors entrepreneurs, marketing managers and women in business, on a weekly basis.

Dylan believes that digital marketing is one of the most cost effective ways of growing a small business and willingly, she shares her knowledge, strategies and ideas with entrepreneurs in an effort to see them grow and to succeed.
She has over 20-years marketing management experience in gaming, insurance, financial and property industries and she can be considered a subject matter expert on all things digital.

She has extensive local and international experience (South Africa, UK and Australia) and she has managed global and national brands in multiple languages and countries.

In 2013, Dylan was invited by Google for Entrepreneurs to attend a two-week immersion program hosted by Blackbox.VC in Silicon Valley.
There, she was exposed to key thought leaders and tech entrepreneurs and she was taught how to take business from ‘garage to global’.
