This became evident years ago when he spent seven years of his life living amongst the !Gwi Kalahari Bushmen, becoming an integral part of this ancient African culture.

An immersion which has granted a unique access into the invisible world of trance and spirit… a telling partnership with the journey of humanity.

Paul Myburgh – Mankind Historian Speaker

Widely regarded as a classic, this remarkable ethnographic study has won many awards and firmly established him as a respected film-maker world wide.

Paul is at present in the final stages of writing, production and publication of two books, a DVD and music CD from this valuable body of work.

He is also currently writing a six hour series of documentaries on ‘The Human Evolution – Consciousness and Form’.

Twenty years of ‘back-tracking’ have enabled this story to come to wisdom, to serve as a bridge between the ‘dreaming’ consciousness of the first people and the ‘wide awake’ consciousness of modern humanity.

The unravelling of the metaphor which binds both the stories and story-pictures left as a record by the Bushman, is a critical to the sustainability of humanity going forward, and never before has it been more important to understand and contextualize our place in the world.

Paul Myburgh has a unique perspective on this journey of humanity through time-space… He has had a fifteen year involvement in Palaeoanthropology and exclusive access to the discovery and excavation of the famous ‘Little Foot’ fossil skeleton at Sterkfontein which was discovered by Prof Ron Clarke… a world first.

From 1995 – 2000, Paul was Producer, Director, Editor and Writer for National Geographic Natural History, USA. Follow SI on Twitter

Myburgh was instrumental in initiating Environmental TV programming in South Africa.

For his work on the St. Lucia Wetland controversy, Paul was awarded the 1990 SAB Environmental Journalist of the Year Award by Dr. Ian Player.

Myburgh lectures on the San People by invitation at Schools, Universities and specialist institutions throughout the world, including The Institute for the Study of Man in Africa and the SA Archaelogical Society.

Paul Myburgh – Mankind Historian Speaker is a speaker/facilitator for numerous corporate bodies on Business leadership and Worldview Development on the subject of the human journey from the time before the first people – human consciousness, from whence we come – who we are – and to where we might be going… biospheric immersion and sustainability.

“The session with Paul was very valuable. He is an incredibly wise being who holds the space with care and careful consideration. He is a true teacher whose life is a testimonial of working with Spirit – this spiritual wisdom flows strong in bringing the issue at hand to be seen with clarity. I went in without expectation and walked out with many switches having being flicked on – the lights that have been illuminated are beginning to join and make sense to me at a deeper level as I meditate on what we spoke of.”  – Adam Botha, Johannesburg

“The session was really good for me, I’m still unpacking it and the whole experience. A lot was confirmed for me in talking to Paul. I had made some decisions I wasn’t sure about and he was incredibly affirming and supportive in his way and his words. Paul also encouraged me a lot and I’m already seeing the shifts in my awareness due to that. I found him gentle, powerful and insightful – exactly what I needed.” – Katlego Kolobe – Specialist Facilitator & Executive Coach, Johannesburg, South Africa.

“One session with Paul is equal to or better than many months of Therapy.  Our inner unrest manifests in our outer state and Paul’s coaching style gets to the causal point of that inner unrest.” – Margaret Squire, Beverly, Massachusetts, USA.

“Just to say thanks for organising Paul Myburgh to give the talk.  He is inspirational. A genuine & rare-to-find human being that is walking the path of ‘know thyself’ and for the betterment of humanity.
Thanks Again,
Kind Regards,
George M”

“I have found my time with Paul transformational and healing, and some of the most worthwhile conversations I have had- even the tough ones. His insights and way of working on an issue is powerful and extremely useful, and I know others will benefit tremendously too. I highly recommend spending one-on-one time with him.” – Telana Simpson, Johannesburg, South Africa.
