Precious Mvulane – Finance Business is the Founder and the Managing Director of GAD Consulting Services Inc., referred to as GAD; an auditing firm that provides audit related services to NPO’s and SME’s.

GAD is also an accredited training centre for the South African Institute for Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and an approved employer by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Precious is a Chartered Accountant and registered auditor affiliated with SAICA and IRBA respectively.
She has 14 years of experience in the field of finance and 9 years of experience in senior management, including:
– 2.5 years in the private sector (the insurance and manufacturing industries) prior to pursuing the chartered accountancy route.
– 4.5 years as an auditor, servicing both the private and the public sector.
– 2 years in the public sector as Chief Financial Officer.
– 5 years of consulting in the different sectors.
She has served several organisations on oversight structures including Khulisa Social Solutions NPC and she chairs the Audit Committee of Life College Group.
In the public sector, she currently serves 4 public entities and national departments as an audit committee member; she chairs 2 of these committees. Precious is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Johannesburg.
Through her entrepreneurship and leadership, GAD also won the overall Ligugu Liami Award for 2013 and the 2013 Gauteng award.

She strongly believes in developing SME business owners to run and manage their businesses more effectively as she believes that this will lead to financial stability and it will contribute to South Africa’s economy as a whole.
Consequently, she has facilitated workshops on several topics such as governance, tax compliance and financial management which has led her to write her first book called ‘The Essential Finance Handbook for Business Owners’ – 7 basic steps to manage your business financial performance.
