Quinton Pretorius – Leveraging Diversity has 21 years of experience in speaking, facilitating and training within major corporations, universities and youth organisations across South Africa and abroad.

Quinton is best known for his use of stories, humour, multi-media presentations and authenticity. Through a facilitation style that is highly interactive and probing, he is able to help diverse audiences make the transition from a subjective worldview and interaction style to a broader state of appreciation for the real breadth and complexity of social interactions in multicultural environments. He weaves together lessons that leave lasting impressions on his audiences.

His background includes being one of the handful of young South African leaders that are fellows in the Bill Clinton Democracy Fellowship, which saw him learning first hand from the former US President, Bill Clinton, Michael Bloomberg (the former New York Mayor) and Jeff Swartz (CEO of Timberland) etc. Follow Speakers Inc on Twitter
On returning to South Africa, Quinton has spoken regularly at corporate events, running in-house programs (which he has designed) for companies such as Unilever, Nestle, Old Mutual, Transnet, SAA Express and more. He is a program director for a GIBS program on Youth Leadership which he has been running for more than 4 years.
